Production and dissemination of cutting-edge research papers is an integral part of research and analysis at the Institute. The Institute brings out high quality paper series focusing on policy issues in social services, international trade, economic growth and poverty reduction, energy, public utilities, legislation, access to justice, decentralization, access to information, and media.
